Q: What is the transit time that my vehicle will take

Transit times on your quote are in business days for a depot to depot booking. Please add 1 day for door pickup and 1 day for door delivery. Transit time starts from the business day following the car is dropped to the depot. Please contact us to arrange the most best options for you.

Q: What are the opening hours of the depots and are we able to drop off on weekends.

In general depots are only open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, so no weekend drops sorry

Payment is due at time of booking, and can be made by direct deposit or by credit card

Yes we can on most routes, there are a few rules to adhere to but in general its not a problem

Can you collect from al the auction houses

Yes, we currently collect vehicles from auction houses on a daily basis, so we have gotten to know the facilities quite well. To ensure there is no delay with the collection of your car we would need you to provide us with the following details 1. Invoice/winning bid email, 2. Copy of drivers license, 3. Letter of authority to collect. These need to be saved as a PDF Attachment and emailed back to us.
